Susan brings 30 years of experience as a talented pianist and dedicated piano teacher. Her deep passion for music has allowed her to perform in various settings, audiences with her skill and artistry. As a teacher, she inspires her students with her wealth of knowledge and personalised approach, helping them to cultivate their own love for music to develop their talents. Susan's commitment to excellence in both performance and education makes her a respected figure in the music community. Her philosophy has always been to reach out and take advantage of a range of diverse and creative opportunities to develop her knowledge and understanding of music. This has occurred through theatre, dance and visual arts and has formed the basis for her life-long love of learning and her quest to experience and enjoy music and art in its many forms. Influence: Self-study and professional development ensure Susan’s musical ability is continually growing. She seeks and welcomes new sources of musical influence and teaching material. She offers a fresh and contemporary approach to teaching and her years as a student, teacher and a performer have given her a wealth of experience to call on. As well as 40 years of performance experience, her qualifications include Graduate Diploma of Education, Certified Alexander Technique Body-Minded Teacher, Certified ANCOS Dance and Movement Teacher.
